The site works fine, so I’ll give it that, but man, the colors and layout are kind of a little chaos goblin. Some of the product pages actually look nice in places, but overall it just feels too busy and not as clean as it should be.

I expected it to be straightforward, but it just didn’t clean my teeth that well. After using it, my teeth still felt kind of dirty, which made the whole thing feel harder than it needed to be.

I sent the item back and did eventually get my refund, so that part worked out. But am I missing something, or did the whole process take longer than it should have? Support was okay when I reached out, just nothing too impressive.

I tried to cancel my subscription, but it was way more annoying than it should’ve been. I thought I had taken care of it, but then I still got charged anyway. Frustrating, honestly 😩

The site looks nice at first, but actually trying to shop on it was a headache. Pages were loading slowly, and I kept having to click all over just to find basic info. The checkout process was the worst part. It didn’t show the full cost until the very end, my cart kept glitching, and I got tired of feeling like I had to keep figuring out and re-explaining the same simple stuff to the site. I ended up giving up on the order. Just not worth the hassle for me.

I pretty much knew right away I wasn’t going to love using this site. Stuff wasn’t where I expected it to be, and it took way longer than it should have to find what I needed.

For me, this water flosser does a decent job cleaning between my teeth, and I do like that part. The battery has been okay too, so I don’t have to charge it constantly. My main issue is the pressure feels kind of uneven sometimes, which makes it less satisfying to use than I hoped. It’s not a bad product, but I personally thought it would feel a little more powerful and consistent.

At first, I really liked this brush, and to be fair, it works well when it’s charged. But in my experience, the battery just doesn’t last as long as I was hoping. I feel like I have to charge it more often than I should, and a couple of times it died halfway through the week even though I thought it was fully charged. For the price, I personally expected a bit better. It’s not a bad brush, but the battery situation has been annoying for me...

I bought the BURST brush because I expected it to be a little easier on my gums, but it didn’t quite live up to that for me. After using it a few times, my gums still felt kind of sore, so maybe I’m just more sensitive than I thought. It does clean my teeth well enough, and the shipping was fine, but comfort-wise I was hoping for a better experience. I’d say it’s okay overall, just not quite what I expected.

It works okay, really. I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but the monthly cost feels a little hard to justify for what you actually get. Nothing terrible, just not really worth the price in my opinion.

These brush heads are okay, but I kind of wish I’d gone with another option. They wore out faster than I expected, so I don’t feel like I got as much use out of them as I should have

Not gonna lie, the shipping was frustrating. My order just sat there with the tracking barely updating for days, and that’s kind of on them because I had no idea what was going on. The items were fine once they finally showed up, but the whole wait took the fun out of it

I like the product overall and haven’t had many issues using it. That said, I was frustrated that it took a few days to get a reply to a simple question. Once support did get back to me, they were polite and helped clear things up, so I appreciated that.

I was annoyed when my package showed up and it had the wrong toothbrush heads in it. Like, I waited for the order just to open it and realize I still couldn’t use what I actually needed. Customer support did end up fixing it, which I appreciate, but it was still frustrating having to wait all over again because of their mistake.

I’ve had my Burst toothbrush for a little over 6 months now, it’s still working well. The handle feels solid, not like some cheap plastic crap, and the battery hasn’t really started dying on me, which was the main thing I was worried about.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the brush head started looking a little worn sooner than I expected. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying. Overall though, it’s held up great for daily use and hasn’t turned into a useless piece of junk.

I got Burst mostly because I was hoping for better whitening, i’m kind of on the fence. After a few weeks, my teeth do look maybe a little brighter, but I keep wondering if it’s actually that noticeable or if I just want to see a difference. The brush itself feels nice and it’s easy to use, so I don’t really have complaints there. I just expected a bit more whitening for the price. It’s not bad at all, I’m just not sure I’d call it amazing
